Bird of the Week … Who am I???

As you may know, every Sunday we publish a weekly “Bird of the Week” blog.  Today we’d like to test your knowledge with this hint:

True to its Halloween-themed color scheme, this bird seen on Seabrook Island especially during Fall Migration, seems to startle its prey out of the foliage by flashing its strikingly patterned tail and wing feathers.
